Privacy Policy

How Quanzhou Yiruisen Network Technology Co Ltd handles personal and operational data in Aura.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Aura, our self-developed multi-store operations tool, and related support processes. Aura is intended for company staff and stores that have granted valid platform authorization.

2. Data we process

Depending on the authorized function, we may process names, delivery addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, order identifiers, product and SKU data, inventory, pricing, logistics and fulfillment status. We do not intentionally collect data outside the approved operational scope.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to perform store operations, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Processing is limited to platform authorization, contractual necessity, legitimate operational interests and applicable law.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the relevant ecommerce platform, logistics or fulfillment providers, and Amazon Web Services as infrastructure provider, only when necessary for the stated purpose or required by law.

5. International processing

The application infrastructure is located in Singapore. Where cross-border transfer requirements apply, we use the mechanisms required by applicable law and limit the data transferred.

6. Retention

Operational personal data is retained only while required for the authorized service, dispute handling, security, accounting or legal obligations. When no longer needed, operational copies are deleted or anonymized, normally within 30 days unless a longer legal period applies.

7. Security

We use TLS for data in transit, restricted server access, role-based permissions, minimum-privilege access and activity logging. Credentials and access tokens are kept outside public website files.

8. Individual rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Requests can be submitted through the merchant contact channel connected to the relevant order or by writing to our registered address below.
